Return & Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received—unused, unopened, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. The transparent plastic seal must be intact and unopened.
Due to hygiene and sterilization requirements, as the product is contact lenses, any item that has been opened or had its plastic seal removed cannot be returned.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

All return requests must be approved and handled by our Customer Support team. Customers may be required to provide clear photos and a detailed description explaining the reason for the return.
Returns must be shipped to the address provided by our team via email after the return request has been reviewed and approved. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

- We can't accept returns for any box with a scratched or scanned security tag seal
- If the product matches the selected order specifications but does not meet personal expectations or preferences.
- Used, damaged, altered, or incomplete items.
- Items returned without original packaging or tags.
- Sale or promotional items.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

NOTE
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used color contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged . Exchange are only accepted for unopened , sealed products within 7 days of delivery and subject to customer support approval.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-20 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
